Alliance of Local Agency Formation Commissions

The Alliance of Local Agency Formation Commissions is a regional collaborative partnership formed in 2025 comprising the Local Agency Formation Commissions of Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, and San Diego counties.

The Alliance serves as a collective voice for Southern California LAFCOs to address common regional growth patterns, infrastructure constraints, legislative advocacy, and shared operational efficiencies.
