San Diego County LAFCO will hold a public meeting on Monday, May 4, 2026 starting at 8:15 a.m. at the County of San Diego Administration Center at 1600 Pacific Highway, Room 302, San Diego, California. At the public meeting, LAFCO will consider the proposed final workplan and budget for 2026-2027.
Draft versions of both the proposed workplan and budget were tentatively approved by LAFCO at its March 2 meeting and are available for review online by visiting the LAFCO homepage at this link. Comments on both documents are welcome. Public comments received by Tuesday, April 14 will be incorporated into the agenda item presented to the Commission for final actions at the May 4 hearing.
Comments can be submitted by email to Commission Clerk, Erica Sellen at erica.sellen@sdcounty.ca.gov or by mail addressed to 2550 Fifth Avenue, Suite 725, San Diego, California 92103. The agenda report on a final workplan and budget will be posted online by Wednesday, April 29. Comments are also welcome at the May 4 hearing through in person or virtual attendance.
